| This is an example of Double Exposure. I really like this idea. In most double exposure they use two different types of photos for example one would this be a face and the buildings. But this one is the same its of a girl and then the same girls with her hands over her face. Its amazing how well they blend together. This is an example of Negative Burning. I really like this effect and I think that it adds age and mystery to your photographs. I think that this would be really interesting to try out an d to experiment with. Definitely with out project this is focusing on old and new buildings. This is an example of a photomontage i really like this idea i think that it would be a lot of work and really difficult but the outcome and the finish piece. I mite try and do this as an example in my work book. Phototogram is a technique that i am familiar with as i have done it before in a previous year. I really liked this technique because you can do so much and its so simple it takes 5 minutes and is really effective. Scratching Negatives. I love this effect I think that it looks so magical and so pretty but could be used to like quite scary as well. So this simple technique is really effective and useful. ![]() Solarization, I have actually done this myself in the dark room and i think this looks really good it reminds me of a x-ray effect. This can add so much to your photos it can brighten it up a lot make it look angle like or it can make it dark and creepy. I personally think that ever of these effects could work well with this project theme. Bleaching Negatives i havent done this technique myself yet but i think i mite give it a try in the future because, i like the effect it gives off. I like this effect because it gives an overlay of colour which fires up the image. This technique is very similar to Double Exposure. It gives a similar effect and is still very effect and interesting depending on the images you use and what message you are trying to put across. I think that is technique is only effect with black and white photos because the colour photos can be very distracting and hard to focus on. ![]() Painting with developer is something I have done before and found it very interesting but this technique is only effect on some photos as it can be difficult to focus on the main point or part of your photograph. Althought you can use this method to paint the main focus of the image on and leave the area around it blank. |
